You know, most civilizations call themselves "the people" in some language or another. This is because they originated from the first men to have appeared on earth, and in the case of the great COK civilization, that would be us, right Algus! (Yeah yeah I know, SoE beat us by a few hours or days or whatever,and then there was of course Hammer and Solid).

So .... as I understand it, the history of all modern COK civilization is as follows:

There was once a great storm and then a flash of light. From the darkness sprang the light of the COK, and in this light walked dozens of warriors, clad in all manner of garb and speaking strange languages. Although each warrior spoke in his own tongue, the others could understand them, and though they fought and joined in factions to battle against each other, they all remained people. One of the people named Naved attempted to rebel and take over his kingdom and he was sent far away from the light and is now overlord of the darkness and his name should not be spoken (this is a tale remembered only as a bedtime story to scare the little children and the noobs).

All of us, my friends, have descended from these legendary people and are bound together by the light of the COK. There are now few of the people remaining, but legend has it that some day, a leader shall emerge. He shall carry the sword of enlightenmant, and shall bring the people back to the great power and prosperity that they once enjoyed at the meeting of the third and the fourth ages of the changing disc.

I warn you. Do not anticipate the coming of this king, for the king will come in his/ her own time, and this may take many changings of the great and glorified disc.

Is that about right?

Also, two questions:

How many of us were in the tournament I had started on GFAQs called the "Parallel Universe Tournament"? This was the last GFAQs tournament we were in (Solid was in it too) before we all jumped over to COK.

I guess SoE came from another site. Who else came from a site besides GFAQs?
